About Us
K’s Kups is a mobile Italian Ice vendor, proudly serving Philadelphia Water Ice. It is a small family owned business servicing events within a 50 mile radius of Raleigh, NC
The business started because our granddaughter, Mckenzie (K) loves Italian Ice. It is operated by my husband and I, along with K who decided to initiate this business and go out to deliver this tasty treat at various events and private parties.
We are an insured and approved vendor for Wake County and the City of Raleigh.
We operate April thru September, (not many want a cold treat in the winter).
Difference between Italian Ice and Snow Cones
Italian ice is a smooth semi-frozen sweetened treat composed of finely granulated ice and fruit concentrates, juices, or purées that keeps the flavor all the way through.
It is not a snow cone nor is it ice cream. It could possibly be considered a hard slushy.
